Frosty Morning

Today dawned bright, clear and frosty, but it was soon ruined by big banks of clouds. The first day of June. Winter is here.

One year ago (see icon on the right) we had our first snow on the ground.

Update on the 50cc excursion from one side of the island to the other, through the Southern Alps- there was nothing crazy about those intrepid bikers. They raised more than NZ$107,000 for cancer research.
