This brave chap stepped out in front of B's truck, which was towing a rather heavy boat at the time. The Highway Code table of stopping distances for wet weather flashed into my mind.

We were heading up the A9 towards Inverness, our refuelling point before a long weekend at Shieldaig. We are planning to dive Loch Torridon for four days with K and Cyclops.

On the journey up we had sunshine, rain, hail, more rain and more sunshine.
