I was sorting out some of Lyra's tiny baby clothes for her cousin Ellen recently - when I asked Tom if there was anything he particularly wanted me to keep hold of, he picked out the top and trousers Lyra is wearing here. 'I love mummy' was a very favourite top of his and he would team it and these trousers together any time he was in charge of dressing Lyra.
