Huge bales of crushed cans at Scarborough's recycling facility today, which I visited to cover the open day. I thought they looked like a piece of art!
The vast amounts of rubbish and recycling generated by a comparatively small town and borough was astonishing to see, and maybe not a little frightening in a sense.
I've always liked the concept of recycling and it was great to see it all happening.
