Fradley Junction
Fradley Junction is about a mile from Alrewas, Staffordshire, and is the point at which the Coventry Canal joins the Trent and Mersey Canal. The canalside pub is the Swan, where my father and I had just enjoyed a pint.
Coventry Canal was built by James Brindley. It took fifteen years to complete, finally linking with the Trent and Mersey here in 1768.
Taken with a Pentax ME and a Tokina 20-35mm/f3.5 lens using Agfa HDC 200. Scan by Kodak.
