Dressing, anyone?

Yesterday evening detached my Brooks B-17 from the seatpost of my Colnago Master roadie as received the traditional black saddle bag ordered last week. So before going to bed made Mrs.Mrok really happy as used some softer horse saddle oil first to get some water repellant moist in to the leather of the saddle and saddle bag, naturally on our kitchen table ;)

Today after work put some Proofide dressing to the under side of the saddle to block water and dirt getting to the "skin". Now it can still dry a bit and perhaps tomorrow it is time to put the saddle back to the bike with the saddle bag.

Still have not received new tubes and tube tape plus cement ordered last week. It is shame as have already been cleaned the rims from old stuff and also serviced the old Campagnolo G.S. hubs. Hopefully the tubes will come soon so that can get the bike back to the road..
