Departing Leaves

This tree belongs to my neighbour at the bottom of my garden.. In full bloom it's leaves are dark brown, although it's at this time of the year it looks at its best with a light gingery tinge to its departing foliage... The branches look like they are reaching out to hold onto their leaves before the wind steals them away!...
