Alfie Again

'Rascal' is his nickname. He is non-stop hyper, always running, climbing and attacking things! When Milo was young, he at least got tired!

It was a miserable day today, hence no 'Edinburgh' blip. Tonight I returned to the gym after a four week break. I'm ready for some pain in the next few days.
