Things are going well for me.

Recent turmoil at work has compelled me to fast-track the process of applying for grad school to this winter. That in turn has compelled me to start working harder in preparation for that. And that has been good.

This wasn't the best picture I took tonight - there were several I liked more, and I nailed down a "production grade" version of this image that will hold up at print size.

But when I looked at this one, it made me feel like I'm doing something right, and I'm on my way. That's the most important thing I got out of the evening, so it's the best blog post.
