Through the lens

After a long Memorial Day weekend, I was tired and lacking motivation tonight. I'm not sure if I feel the color alteration enhances the picture or is just an overlay on a mediocre picture. When I was looking for a wedding photographer, I saw a lot that used digital re-touching in an attempt to make bad pictures look better - I hated that.

I'm exploring the different functions and modes on my camera. I'm still working on figuring out the manual controls, but it's coming.
