Can I take this opportunity to apologise to an older Lyra who in future years will be very embarassed by some of these photos (before she grows older still and learns to love and treasure them).

This is one of Lyra doing a poo. I found it very hilarious catching her on camera. Somehow the new-mother-who-can-handle-anything part of me was even still smiling away a few minutes later when it transpired that as a result of said poo, both Lyra and myself were in need of a full change of clothes...
