Charente Maritime, north to La Rochelle

The last day of my little break in Charente Maritime and my friend drove me to La Rochelle airport to return home.

As we had made good time, we stopped briefly to look across to Fort Boyard (but it was far too distant to make a good blip) However, in itself the coast is very interesting, and a view looking north from near the Ile d'Aix peninsula was today's choice.
