After the airport fiasco (they sent us to DET by 10PM Saturday but our bags to CLE), I drove out east to visit a couple of friends, Valerie in Kent and Heather in Berea.

This is picture of the cute beagle, Darwin. She's Valerie's Pupdog and they go to work together, which I find the epitome of neat.

It was a perfect way to end my vacation - seeing friends for the first time in almost three years!! We talk online often but it's just never quite the same...
