Coffee Machines ...... Broken (for at least 2 weeks)
Washroom taps ......broken
Hand driers ....... broken
Escalators ......... broken
Spoken English ...definaely broken.
Car Park Pay Points ......... should be broken (£4 for an hour - £7 for an hour and a half - - that is just theft)
