Eggs
Fresh farm eggs from a friend's chickens - we get a dozen every week.
A regular go to dish that we've been enjoying is sauteed greens with poached eggs. We get our CSA bin every Wednesday and use up the greens immediately - usually chard or kale. Tonight we used some braising greens and spinach, simmered them in an anchovy/garlic broth and served everything over a bed of quinoa and topped off with fresh poached eggs. That has become one of my favorite dinners. Mmmmmm.
