Spiky

Off work yesterday and today as I have hurt my back and neck again. It just seems to be getting worse with age. I have spikes of pain running through my neck and shoulders right down to my elbows which constantly ache.

One doctors appointment and a session at the physio today and I'm feeling really sore. I'm sure it will really kick in tomorrow with the localised bruising from the deep tissue massage. Cruel to be kind is the physiotherapists motto.
