on the trail to the Stuppa

By the time I arrived at the Shamhbala Mountain , I was very tired having to leave the house by 5am to catch a flight and then arriving at my destination at 3pm. That was a long day!
I still wanted to walk around and explore for a while and try to get use to the altitude. Went up the mountain trial to where the Shamhbala Stuppa was located.
A Stuppa is the equivelant to a church or shrine. This bridge with the prayer flags was about half way, a good place to stop and catch my breath.
I was very tired and winded but very excited to be here.

I am writting this from home now, since I did not have any internet connection or cell phone usage. I feel that this was a good thing, no internet or cell phone, it felt liberating not to have to deal with all that technology in this very special place.
