Moment

There was a moment this morning when the clouds parted. A succession of moments, lasting a few minutes. I happened to be on my way to the supermarket, stopped the car and took this photograph. It was a perfect island interlude: balmy and still, with no wind, breath held, soft sweet air, the light dazzling on the water.
