Another day in paradise

Yet another scorcher. We spent the whole day on the beach. We have had a wonderful half term holiday sitting on the beach all day every day with friends and family.
I'm completely worn out tonight. How can one get so tired having spent the entire day sitting on the beach doing nothing?
