NBA Finals

It's the Celtics and Lakers again in the NBA Finals. A repeat of the 2008 Finals, restoking this historic rivarly of two teams that have played each other many times in Finals history.

The Lakers are the bookie's favourites, but my preference is for the Celtics. The Lakers were also favourites in 2008 when the Celtics won. But the Lakers are out for revenge and have home court advantage this time.

The Lakers were dominant in Game 1, Kobe Bryant put on a superb display and Pau Gasol shed the 'soft' tag that was given to him in the 2008 Finals. The Celtics go-to guy, Paul Pierce, was unable to be effective.
