of a Tootsie Roll Pop?

When I was little, a popular commercial asked the question used as the title to this entry. I have always had a really hard time eating hard candy without crunchy it, and I have never been able to get close to the answer. My son is going through a serious fascination with suckers lately. So, I got him a couple of Tootsie Pops, and he worked on it long enough that he nearly had an answer.

It seems like many people have really worked on the answer to this question. Funny.
