"open Lens" photo show

went to Gallery 7 for a opening reception for juried photo show called "open lens"
I had an image in the show, so I showed up. took me over 2 hours to get there
the traffic was so horrendous! there is a saying about the area in live in (chicagoland) " there are 2 seasons in chicagoland, winter and road repair season"
It was a very nice show with at least 45 or so photographers represented.
In my opinion all of the images were great, each had there special quality.
It was good to see and talk to fellow photographers, some of them I have not seen in awhile. So even with the long drive , it was worth it and a good time.
