Today, We Will Be Mainly...

...My work is done for the day and I am looking forwards to a rare Saturday evening off. Yay!

There was a bottle* in the cupboard and we had some lemon and mint left over form our Mojito's.

Now I must be honest, It's not MY drink of choice, but I feel it incumbent on me not to allow it to go to waste...actually it's not too bad, but it will never replace a good Malt!
