How not to spend your Saturday

Sadly this was a day spent working. In between making sure the relevant child got to the sports day and the second night's performance of the play.

I did mooch around the garden at one point this morning almost greetin at the jungle of weeds I should be attending to. But I consoled myself with the fact that it would have been too hot to achieve much anyway.

Also sneaked out for an ice cream and a brief natter at a friends house, so the day wasn't a dead loss.
