What's going on?

I expected it to be quiet tonight. And it was for a while. But that was because the pub wasn't showing the fitba. Once it was over, it got mega busy. Plus the stoodents started to appear ("Ooooooh hi! We're all going to Liquid Rooms, yah?" as overheard. . Bite tongue and manage not to say "Actually it's The Liquid Room" as may sound too pedantic/old/native!).

On way home passed lots of toga-wearing drunken freshers, plus this gal, sitting in the pie shop.
