Bok Tower

took a short ride from our campground at Lake Kissimmee State Park to visit Bok Sanctuary, on the highest point in Central and South Florida. There are formal gardens, Bok's winter home museum, and the tower, which is a carillon- it has many bells of different sizes that play music. Since it was Memorial Day Weekend, they were playing patriotic music instead of their usual program. The gardens were very nice, we didn't see it all by any means, and touring the house was interesting. We were lucky that the thunderstorms that have been happening every day held off until we left.
