White asparagus crepe

Went to the Marche restaurant for brunch. They had this great promotion of the German white asparagus at the restaurant.

I asked for the white asparagus crepe and saw the process of how they did it. Pretty nice enjoyment seeing your food being prepared right before yr eyes.
