100!!!
Yay, I made it to my 100th blip.
I went to college and got my bachelors in photography (before digital). I loved it, couldn't see doing anything else with my life. Then I entered the "real world" and had to get a job paying food, rent, gas, etc.... The photo industry is very competetive. I started to get a creative block, didn't even want to pick up a camera.
By the time I got out of my slump everything was digital, so now I'm teaching myself the digital aspect. While a lot of it is the same, there are a lot of differences. Still getting used to the little quirks of digital.
I started this journal to get better at my photography, and get into the habit of shooting everyday. Finding something to shoot everyday was easy at first, after a while you have to start getting creative. There were days when I really didn't feel like it picking up a camera (I challenged myself to take at least 5 pictures a day), so I would put up what I had. I have been taking so many pictures (and not putting them on cd or external hard drive) that my computer is full, so I been having to empty my computer to make room for new pictures.
Thanks for all your comments, I love looking at everyone's photographs and getting inspired everyday to shoot. I look foward now to making it to 200.
