New Season

Or so it says on the packet<g> Strange how some Asparagus stalks are delightfully coloured and others very bland and simply greenish..do you reckon there's a male and female Asparagus ? LOL They might be new season but lack the usual definite flavour which you learn to expect, hope this second batch is better.
