Summer Isles

This Bank Holiday Monday was so magnificent I had a real struggle to choose what to use as my blip.
In the back yard of our little house I had photographed a butterfly and a bee in sharp focus on Rhododendron flowers, something I have never managed before.
Beautiful evening sun and seascapes at Achnahaird bay and Stac Polaidh reflected in a small loch all superb.

But this was my first sighting of the Summer Isles and the afternoon sun had made a wonderful striped effect in the sky. It had to be this one!
