Motivation

We went to Bala (after Elamuleni) to see what has happen since we left. We told them to find more land in the valley, which they are still negociating.
They have a club. They asked for some seeds we gave them tomato,cabbage and mustard, to motivate them.

Bala is a new area where we propose to give them a hand up (as very distinct from a handout). It is further from Mzuzu than Elamuleni, where we already have a project up and running).
As usual we hope to bring Pumps, Irrigation and Organic Farming methods, but they get the Chief to donate a piece of land on which to work.
