Happily Married?

Soho Square is usually packed on the weekends - but it's not normally a place I see people knitting crocheting. Drinking, snogging, eating: yes. But knitting crochet? No.

So continuing my "Summer 2010 in London" series today, this couple caught my eye, amongst the gays and metro-sexual straight lads and their hip girls.

They looked so out of place I did actually wonder for a split second if they were "performance art".

I loved their seemingly unconscious colour co-ordination too - red tops and blue bottoms (trousers, or knitting crochet!)

But there was no performance about this scene. What the shot didn't capture was the stern words exchanged just prior to me pressing the shutter, although the woman's look alludes to that.

As for this guy's yawn - is the bothered? He really WAS bored with his wife's (?) knitting crochet and clearly wanted to be elsewhere!
