Official Start of Summer

BBQ grill, Igloo cooler packed with beer (plus red plastic party cups because, you know, drinking outside is TECHNICALLY against the law), and a lot of delicious food.

Our dinner was made entirely on the BBQ (our friend Robert is the expert grillmaster) - except, of course, the ice cream:

Grilled salmon
Grilled asparagus
Grilled tomato halves (with garlic/basil rubbed in)
Grilled garlic bread
Grilled pineapple slices (dredged in coconut milk, sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar and eaten with the aforementioned ice cream)

It was a lot of food, but we manned up and ate everything. Yum yum yum.
