ready for a change?

need another opinion..
we bought this small oak set years ago (so I could have the deacon's bench - it's a long story. :) )
but the fabric on the bench & chairs never matched anything. They are navy blue with white dots.

we now have new oak laminate floors..
so we bought rugs to protect the floor, under the table set and in the frontroom.
so I bought these two kinda brocade table cloths at the community garage sale yesterday, to recover the chairs and bench..

S.O. seems to think "too much flowers" - but I like them.
flowers go with the new rugs but have a much lighter ivory background.
and the are similar to the frontroom couches.

too much? what do you think? "I don't know what to do"
