Copenhagen day 3

Me being a culinary traveller and all (Miami, cheesecake factory, Key West - plantains and key lime pie, Bangkok, breakfast at Marriott hotel, La Rochelle - Moules frites etc...), I do have to document the breakfast at our lovely Copenhagen hotel. Superfresh, lots of fruit, lots of cheese, and good coffee. Wouldn't it be lovely to have that every day at home.... and I do want this cheese slicer, but I do know it's not practical.
