Jose

A name has been found for the cock. It is Jose with a soft J. It is a Portuguese name, because he is so like the Portuguese rooster that has a legend surrounding it.....except for his 'rose' comb of course. In fact the only similarity is that he is black with red wattles and comb, otherwise he is nothing like him.

Friday, and time to prepare for the 'family picnic' on Sunday. Spent hours outside cutting grass and sweeping around. My neighbour dropped around a loan of a bbq and picnic table.
