A 4% Pale ale from Nottingham Brewery Just about to be drunk in The Bell Inn, Nottingham.

Intially a hoppy bitter taste that you expect from any pale ale, then mellows into a sweet honey taste after a few seconds before finally the hops sit in your nose until polluted by something else.
