Ceanothus

We spotted this ceanothus, one of the true blues of nature, in a garden on the river in Chester. A grand day out trying out different shots with my little pocket camera and my friend's SLR. Of course I persuaded myself to buy one, so it's charging up at the moment and I hope to test it tomorrow.
