Time

Time has been the theme of today. I have been off work for ten days and today time was up. I had to return. The day started with me oversleeping and didn't improve much after that.

I did not have nearly enough time today. From the minute I started work, I had to quickly adjust myself from holiday mode to working at a million miles an hour. Time flew. Cups of tea went silently cold as I did not have time to drink them.

I had to be reminded to go to lunch at twenty-five to two as the morning's hours seemed to go by in minutes.

My plan and promise to myself to finish work early was looking a bit pitiful at quarter to seven tonight. And now just as I am thinking of bed as I have a VERY early start tomorrow, I suddenly remembered I had not taken a photo today!

My first instinct was that it was too late but in the end I thought...if a thing is worth doing, it's worth making time for. :)
