Hai-boots

Not much inspiration today, so I find myself taking pictures of rubber boots. :)

These kinds of boots became popular in the 1970s. Hai-boots were designed for sailing and I think the name could also have come from the sailing world. "Hai" means shark, and it's also the name of the classic Finnish sailboat model designed in the year 1930. I have actually co-owned and sailed a lot with a Hai-boat.

The Hai-boots were relaunched a couple of years ago, and I also have a pair.
