A Wintery Day

Rain, hail, sleet, icy wind, sunshine and a rainbow.  What sort of day is that?
It was a real muddle and not much of it was very nice, even the sunshine was bitterly cold but the rainbow brought a smile to my face.

Hubby and I had to drop his car in to be serviced, we went shopping and then headed over to New Brighton and Sumner.  I tried very hard to get some photos of shags on the rocks but even though I hid behind bushes, my camera just couldn't zoom in far enough.

The sky was amazing today.  The clouds changed consistantly, from thunderous to white puffy ones.  The light was differcult bright and then quite dark.  It was very much a Winter day.
