Silver and gold

I had a hunch we would get a dramatic sunset tonight so stuck my
camera in my pocket when I went off to Tai Chi. I stopped a couple of
times on the way home and caught the sky with various degrees of gold
but it was the silver velvet sea that I loved about this one.

If it wasn't for blip I would probably just have scurried home and not
had the delight of being perched on a gate on a balmy summer's evening
with terns and oystercatchers whirling overhead watching the sun go
down. As habits go, it's a pretty good one.
