I've had an awful weekend due to things breaking down, family and myself being ill, and many other minor issues. That along with some life-changing news today makes me feel like tucking into all these pies!!! It seems that my terrible weekend is chasing me into the middle of the week.

I was back in my own store this morning for a few hours to work on a presentation and took a few pictures of the counters which were set up for a visit from counters managers from other stores all over Northern Ireland. May, our counters manager, regularly wins Best Counters in the UK and a few other awards. I hope she manages to sell them before I eat them all.

I spotted a roadside advert for a Vintage Car Show near Drogheda this coming weekend - hopefully things will pick up by then!
