Scrounging Up Supper

Stir: 4 chopped seeded tomatoes with
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1-2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano...etc

Hothouse tomatoes from the grocery store. Well, in any year June would be too early for fresh from the garden tomatoes.
The basil came from the garden if basil from a nursery just transplanted two days ago counts.
The oregano required came perilously near to eliminating the greenery on the plant that I thought hadn't overwintered but by george, it's made it after all!
