On this particular street in town there are a couple of stores that have been operating for over 100 years. This is one of them and they specialise in grilled dumplings.

As I was photographing this girl cooking the dumplings a large cloud of steam came up and covered the lens. At first I though "ahh crap" but realised it might give an interesting effect. I think it adds something to the shot.

And yes, they were delicious.
