Pre-op

Today I took #2 son for pre-op tests for his forthcoming rhinoplasty; his nose has suffered several sports accidents and is a bit misshapen, which makes breathing difficult when he gets a cold. That's the only reason he's getting what amounts to cosmetic surgery on the NHS - the kind surgeon is going to "shave a bit off the bump and straighten it all out". Poor guy doesn't know what he's in for....
