Pround Parent

I was at the kids primary school for the second night in a row (who says I don't have an exiting social life). Anyway, the reason I was there tonight was fir the end of year awards ceremony where the boy got an award for maths and numeracy. He is pleased with himself.

Was a bit of a rush in getting there as he was taken to hospital today with severe stomach pains. Doctors were as helpful as ever saying he must be suffering from an "undiagnosed stomach problem" which we hadn't already worked out.

Anyway, better end to the day than we had been expecting.
