Rose Early

We had such plans for today. However the weather was so unpredictable that we decided to take the car to Lytham rather than walk.

We did however have a picnic in Lowther Gardens near where the shot of this Rose, flowering by the Lavender was taken. A good old British Summer hamper of Hot Coffee and Soup!
