Carvin's Cove

Wonderful mountain bike ride at Carvin's Cove, VA today with Lisa and Randy. The ride kicked my butt! It was 88 degrees and incredibly humid out. Not the best weather for riding, but we are die-hards. Having been at a conference all week and mostly sitting and eating (ugh), it was wonderful to get outside and pump some blood, even if the heat and humidity were a bit daunting.
