The path to Wuthering Heights
... or to be pedantic about it, it's the path from the Bronte waterfall to Top Withens.
Tuesday was Howarth day. For those who don't know, the rectory at Haworth is where the Bronte sisters lived with their brother and father, and where they wrote most of their stories. It is a place of pilgrimage for our family - where else do you get such nice Yorkshire pud and onion gravy....
..not in Howarth any more, apparently. The Yorkshires we did get were mass-produced, chewy rubbish.
